Returns for Items Damaged in Shipment
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt.   Please reply to the email you received when you placed your order.

Please include photos of the damaged product and shipping carton.  You must keep all packaging materials for USPS or FedEx inspection.  We will ship you a replacement once we verify the damages ( customer returns damaged item or submit photos of damaged item), If you do not want a replacement, we will issue a refund for the damaged item.  Shipping is not refundable.

Returns for items used for parties.

Several of our items we sell can be used for parties, gatherings etc.  Centerpieces, Vases, Frames, decorations are examples.  Items purchased in quantity may be returned within 5 days of receipt.  After 5 days, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your return.

Returns for All Other Items.

No returns are accepted after 30 days. All items must be returned in new condition, containing all of the manufacturers' original packaging (in new condition), accessories, warranties, instruction manuals, etc.

If you received a gift purchased by someone else, the buyer will receive the refund.

You will be issued a refund less the shipping and handling charges for items returned in accordance with our return policy. Original shipping charges are not refundable as the delivery services (FedEx, UPS, USPS) do not issue returns for services provided.

We can not refund any shipping expenses, unless we sent you the wrong item.

If your order was eligible for a free shipping offer at the time of purchase and the return would reduce your original order below the free shipping offer threshold, the Standard Shipping charge from the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Returning Items Shipped for Free

If the item returned was shipped for free, our standard shipping charge for your return will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Orders over 30 days. 

Any item that is damaged during use - contact the manufacturer for possible warranty. 

Books, Music CDs, Videoes, and games that have been opened

The following cannot be returned for sanitary, health, and safety reasons:

Any product or gift that containe food/candy.  ( ie opened gift baskets, time capsules and movie night packages..etc....

Instructions for Returning Items

Please contact us and provide the following information:your name, address, and phone number, order number and order date, item number and name for those you want to return, reason that you are returning the item

Merchandise returned will be inspected to ensure it conforms to our return policy. You will receive a refund to your credit card or paypal for items that pass the inspection.   

Instructions for returning the item will be provided once we receive your request to return an item.
